How do we do it?
- Organise events to raise money to supplement the school’s budget
- Purchase equipment and resources in line with requests from the school
- Work on bringing the John Ball community together – making our children’s learning experience more fulfilling and exciting
Who are we?
Trustees
Trustees are responsible for controlling the work, management and administration of the charity. Our team all volunteer their time for free to help The Friends.
Friends representatives
All classes in the school have a ‘Friends Rep’. These reps provide a vital link between parents and The Friends. Everyone who is a carer or parent with a child at the school is a Friend and anyone can join in.
Volunteers
The Friends could not operate without a team of dedicated volunteers, who assist trustees in organising events and through a range of ad hoc activities.
